Please Pledge, I prayerfully ask
During our Executive meeting, Christine reminded us of the national day of mourning after the COVID pandemic is over. Indeed, the pandemic has robbed us of fellow Americans whose lives are cut short. We will look back to these days with mixed emotions–the joy it is over us, the pain that we lost so many lives.
I am writing at the time when Erin Jensen just lost her father to this pandemic. It is sad to hear such news, and I pray that we will hold the Jensens in prayers. It is hard to say farewell to those we love and especially to those who brought us into this world. Yet in God, they, with us to dwell in celestial light of Him, who like us, on Christmas Day was born. He is the Life, who became one of us. I pray God will provide Grace to the Jensens in these hard times.
The pandemic has had a big negative impact on our finances–we need every dollar to ensure that we have enough resources today to help us meet the challenges of tomorrow. We will surely go through this pandemic and we will be back into our lovely building. Please pray that each of us pledges. We all know the times are hard, but each and every dollar counts. I surely need your prayers and support.
Finally, I would like to remind you about the following Virtual Services:
- Christmas Pageant is this Sunday. Look forward to seeing it at 10am. The recording will take place at 12:30 pm tomorrow through Zoom.
- Christmas Eve Service at 7pm.

- Carol Service is on December 27 at 10am. Please let us know if you would like to sing a Carol or simply read a lesson.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
In Christ,
Kk
